Status of these terms

These terms are a review draft. They do not identify a finalized contracting entity, effective date, pricing agreement, governing law, or dispute forum. They are not presented as a binding click-through contract. Production access and commercial commitments require approved terms and any applicable order form and data processing agreement.

Authorized use

  • Use the service only for legitimate, authorized recruitment and related administration.
  • Protect account credentials and grant access only to people who need it.
  • Do not attempt to access another organization’s records, circumvent security controls, or upload malicious content.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful discrimination, deceptive communications, unauthorized surveillance, or unlawful collection of personal information.

Customer responsibilities

Customers remain responsible for the information they provide, the lawfulness of their processing, their job criteria, and their hiring decisions. They must supply appropriate notices and obtain consent where required. Use only information and materials that you are entitled to process. The platform does not replace employment, privacy, or professional advice.

AI and integrations

Review generated material against the original evidence before relying on it. Suggestions, rankings, and drafts can be incomplete or incorrect and do not guarantee a qualified candidate or successful hire. Optional integrations depend on configuration, credentials, provider availability, and applicable third-party terms.

Records and service changes

Customer data is not transferred into the operator’s ownership simply by using the service. Any permission to process it should be limited by the applicable service agreement. Access, export, retention, suspension, and deletion arrangements must be agreed before commercial launch; this draft does not promise uninterrupted service or a particular support response time.

Contract review

Fees, intellectual-property provisions, confidentiality, warranties, liability allocation, termination, and dispute procedures need jurisdiction-specific legal review and an approved agreement. Nothing on this draft page is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
