Who handles your application

The organization advertising the role is responsible for its recruitment process and should provide its own privacy notice and contact details. Jobbhy.io supplies software; it is not the employer for roles advertised by customer organizations. Ask the organization how it uses the platform and which optional features it enables.

Records used in recruitment

  • Contact details, résumé information, skills, work history, and information you submit for a role.
  • Applications, current stages, interview arrangements, recruiter notes, evaluations, and offer records.
  • Recruitment communications and job-relevant information supplied by authorized recruiters or other disclosed sources.
  • Talent Community interests and communication preferences if you choose to join.

AI and scoring

Enabled features may extract résumé details, compare evidence with job criteria, or generate recruitment drafts. Some scores use configured backend rules rather than a language model. Either approach can contain errors or reflect inappropriate criteria. A score is not proof of ability or a hiring decision. Ask the recruiter to correct inaccurate evidence or arrange meaningful human review. See AI Transparency for more detail.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, or other applicable rights through the hiring organization, subject to local law and lawful exceptions. Ask for an accessible application or assessment alternative if needed. You do not need to provide unrelated sensitive details merely to raise a concern.

Community withdrawal changes community preferences; it does not automatically withdraw an application, erase candidate records, or cancel an interview. Contact the organization separately about those actions.

Retention and disclosure

Ask the hiring organization how long it retains applicant records, who receives them, whether external AI is enabled, and whether data crosses borders. Joining a community should not be treated as blanket permission for unrelated uses. See Data Requests for a practical request checklist.
