Scope and responsibility

This draft covers Jobbhy.io platform operations. Candidate records supplied to a hiring organization are addressed separately in Candidate Privacy. The hiring organization generally determines the purposes of its recruitment processing; Jobbhy.io processes those records on its instructions where the applicable agreement establishes that relationship. Separate responsibilities may apply to account administration and service operations.

Information and purposes

  • Account and organization details used to provide access, manage memberships, and configure the workspace.
  • Support communications and records supplied when a person asks for assistance.
  • Authentication, security, and technical records needed to operate and troubleshoot the service.
  • Browser storage used for authentication and saved interface preferences, described in Cookie Policy.

Legal grounds and transparency

The responsible organization must identify an applicable lawful basis for each processing purpose, and any additional condition required for sensitive information. Consent is not assumed merely because someone visits a page. Optional community communications must be distinguished from handling a job application. The final notice must identify the operator and its actual processing arrangements.

Recipients and external services

Authorized personnel and configured service providers may process information necessary for their roles. Optional AI or calendar integrations can send relevant information to an external provider. Hosting locations, contractual safeguards, and international transfer arrangements must be confirmed before production use; this draft makes no residency guarantee.

Retention and requests

Information should be retained only for a documented purpose and applicable legal obligations. The production retention schedule, backup deletion process, and legal-hold rules remain subject to confirmation. This page does not promise immediate or automatic deletion.
