Read this inventory carefully

Supporting an integration does not mean it is enabled or that its provider is a contracted subprocessor. Roles depend on who contracts with the provider and why information is processed. A finalized register must identify the legal entity, purpose, data categories, processing locations, and contractual safeguards for each active subprocessor.

AI processing

The implementation includes configurable Azure OpenAI/OpenAI-compatible AI integrations. Enabled features may send relevant recruitment content to the configured endpoint. The active provider, contracting entity, region, and retention terms must be confirmed; compatibility is not evidence of a particular provider contract.

Calendar connections

Optional Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook integrations can process interview scheduling information when a user connects an account and requests synchronization. These providers may have a direct relationship with the user or organization rather than act as Jobbhy.io subprocessors. Confirm the arrangement and review the provider’s terms.

Hosting, storage, and email

The production hosting, database, storage, and email-delivery providers and their processing locations have not been confirmed for this register. No provider or region is represented as approved merely because the software can integrate with it. The reviewed email implementation requires a configured delivery provider to send messages.

Register maintenance

Before processing production data, publish the actual vendor register and agree any required subprocessor authorization, change-notification, and objection process with customers. This draft does not create a vendor subscription service or promise that a notification has been sent.
